1. Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Payments are accepted via Stripe and PayPal.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• All Cancellations and Rescheduling must occur 24 hours before the appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be refunded.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 25% rescheduling fee.

3. Late Arrivals

• If you are late for your appointment, your reading will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate subsequent clients.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.

4. No-Show Policy

• Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will forfeit the session and no refund will be given.

5. Refund Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds will be given except in the case of Charlotte Milda needing to cancel the appointment.

6. Confidentiality

• All information shared during the reading will be kept confidential including recordings of the session.

7. Disclaimer

• Charlotte Milda is not a licensed medical practitioner, lawyer, or financial advisor. Any advice given during the reading is not a substitute for professional services.

• The client is responsible for their own decisions and actions following the reading.

8. Age Requirement

• Clients must be at least 18 years old to book a Soul Contract Reading.

• Clients under 18 must have parental consent and be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the session.

9. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behaviour is expected during the reading. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the session without a refund.
